These heightened levels of stress and uncertainty can begin to take a toll on our mental health, and in some cases, lead to burnout. This one-hour webinar will help us increase our understanding of burnout, recognize personal and workplace risk factors, and provide self-care and resiliency strategies to mitigate the impact on ourselves, others, and the workplace. Focused on the Mental and Emotional Well-Being dimension, we will: • Increase our knowledge of the impact of stress and burnout on our mental health. • Raise our awareness of the signs and symptoms of burnout so that we may recognize if we are experiencing these challenges. • Learn self-care tips to increase resilience, manage stress and mitigate the risk of burnout.
