Join us for a practical, life-saving workshop on overdose prevention and naloxone use for VIU students and staff. Learn to recognize overdose signs, respond effectively, and administer naloxone with confidence. Explore harm reduction strategies and the impact of the toxic drug supply while building skills to support safer communities on and off campus. No experience needed—everyone is welcome. Naloxone kits and training materials provided. Co-facilitated by FNHA, Island Health, and VIU. Empower yourself with the tools to act in an emergency—you could save a life.
