This year’s New Employee Orientation is a series of organizational learning and socialization activities held before fall semester begins to welcome and support a great start for our new employees. Over the mornings of four days, we will engage new employees with the many facets of working at VIU, in sessions delivered by Human Resources, OIEE, CIEL, SRCA, Health & Safety, Student Affairs, Registration and other areas of the institution.
Further information on the agendas, locations, and other details will be coming for new employees and their managers in the next few weeks. We encourage everyone to join in the welcome to our new employees and support their involvement in New Employee Orientation week.
