Get ready for a weekend of volleyball rivalries as the Mariners welcome the Douglas College Royals (New Westminster, BC) to town!
This game day doubles as an alumni celebration. Before the women's game, the Mariners will recognize our 2016 women's volleyball national champion team. Before the men's game, we will award the tenth annual Ryan Thibault Memorial Award.
Admission is free for all VIU students. Two lucky fans will win DQ Blizzards and be recognized as our Country Club Dairy Queen Fans of the Game. VIU students can also enter an end-of-the-season draw for a 70-inch television from Andre’s Electronic Experts.
VIU employees and their immediate family members get free admission at Saturday regular season home games at the VIU Gym. Please present your employee ID card at the gym's front desk.
