The 2025–2026 VIU Cowichan Culinary students are preparing a multi-course long table dinner showcasing the talent, creativity and skills developed in the program.

This dining experience brings guests together to share food, build connections and celebrate student success at VIU Cowichan.

Tables seat up to 24 guests and must be booked in full.
