The Right to Education

The Right to Education, with international scholar Winnifred Namazzi (Kabale University, Uganda)

Winnifred Namazzi is a visiting researcher from Kabale University, Uganda. She is studying how to implement culturally-relevant education for Indigenous Batwa communities.

Learn about Winnifred’s study, and how it will build access to diverse ways of knowing. Special guests will join in a moderated conversation about the articles on education in the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights (Article 26) and Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (Article 14).
