Get ready to bring the energy! The Frost Pep Rally, hosted by the VIU Mariners varsity athletics and the VIU Students' Union, will be packed with spirit and excitement. Starting at 3 pm betwen the student pub (Building 193) and the VIU gym (Building 190), there will be outdoor games and activities, campus clubs and VIU athletes. Compete for the chance to win passes to the 2026 CCAA Men's Basketball National Championships, hosted right here at VIU! Then head into the gym to watch the Mariner's basketball teams play, the women at 6 pm and the men at 8 pm. VIUSU will have a BBQ going during the games, with free hotdogs for all students.
