Culinary Team Canada will be collaborating with the talented students and faculty of Vancouver Island University. This dinner is part of their official training journey as they prepare to represent Canada on the world stage in Luxembourg.

Supporting the Next Generation
One of Culinary Team Canada's team members is a current VIU culinary student who has been training alongside them. This event also helps raise funds to support his journey to join the team internationally — your ticket directly contributes to developing future Canadian culinary talent.
