The MMIWG2S March is a solemn occasion to honour and remember those Indigenous individuals who have gone missing or have been tragically taken from us. This event is an opportunity for our community to come together, raise awareness and advocate for justice and support for the affected families. The March takes place on February 14, 4 to 6 pm. It starts in Maffeo Sutton Park and ends in the square outside the downtown Nanaimo library branch.
