Englishman River Falls A hike along this river canyon will show you some of the best waterfalls on the east coast of Vancouver Island! Located a short drive from Nanaimo, this 97-hectare park offers several walking trails which meander through lush old-growth forests of cedar, arbutus, fir, maple and hemlock along the Englishman River. Gaze up among the tall timbers where fingers of sunlight slant down to the ferns below.
Trip Includes: Transportation and guided hike
How to Sign Up Our activities are available to all current VIU Students. Sign up with us in person, in the "Glassroom" on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm – 1:30pm, located next to the Front Reception Desk in building 255 - Second Floor.
You will need to have your:
Student card, Proof of medical insurance (BC Care Card or Guard.me Insurance Policy) Payment (cash is currently the only method of payment for activities)
