Reiki is an ancient, simple and gentle art of connecting universal energy to our own spiritual energy, allowing us to be more aligned with life. It happens on a massage table, in your normal clothes, with fully trained Reiki practitioners guiding the energy. Reiki can stimulate our body’s innate preference to return to wellness, and most people find it to be a very relaxing, positive form of self-care.
The Reiki sessions are between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on availability. The next opportunity to try Reiki is on March 13th. We hope to see you then!
