Join our Culinary students in their capstone food stall assignment. Try food from 8 different food stalls, each featuring food options from around the world. Vote for your favourite foods!
Menus are in development, but you can expect dishes like:
- Smoked Turkey Tacos
- Roast Pork Belly Bao Buns
- Steamed Dumplings 3 ways
- Mini Bahn Mi Sandwiches
- Southern BBQ (ribs/sausage/brisket)
- Surf & Turf Sliders
- Vietnamese Pho Bowls
- Dessert Truck w/ice cream/churros/empanada
Buy tickets on the day:
- Tickets $5 each or 5 for $20
- Credit or Debit only
- While supplies last (50-60 bites per stall)
