Join us for ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) on October 2 and 3, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and gain life-saving skills to support those at risk of suicide.

ASIST is an internationally acclaimed workshop that prepares you to provide suicide first aid interventions to help people with thoughts of suicide. It aims to equip individuals to feel more comfortable, confident and competent in helping to prevent the immediate risk of suicide.

Learn the skills to provide a suicide first-aid intervention, work with someone to develop a personalized safety plan to keep safe-for-now, and connect with further help.
